Floridian Natural Gas Storage Company is offering Florida's power and gas companies a tool providing added natural gas supply, enhancing gas supply security, increasing system reliability and improving price stability, benefiting both business and consumers.
Strategy:
During the initial phase of the company's project to site a Liquified Natural Gas storage facility in Indiantown, Florida, Ron Sachs Communications worked with Floridian Natural Gas Storage, messaging key state leaders. During this engagement, we created public information materials for English and Spanish-speaking communities about the importance of the project for the state's growing energy needs.
Outcome:
Working closely with the company's government relations team in Tallahassee, our firm developed and placed opinion/editorials by key opinion leaders, underscoring the need for gas storage in the state as well as the reliability, safety and security storage would provide.
